Can I use the discount if I already have a plan?

Both new and existing customers can take advantage of the 15% discount on new Standard, Pro, and Pro+ annual plans purchased during the Cyber Monday offer. Simply purchase through this page or use the code CYBERMONDAY24 at the checkout to get 15% off each new rental purchased, up to 20 in total.

Can I get the welcome bonus offer if I already have a Minut subscription?

The welcome bonus offer is only available to new customers that purchase a Pro+ Plan between 2 - 4 December 2024.

A new customer is anyone without an active Minut subscription at the time of purchase.

How do Minut plans work?

Minut plans are billed per home. A ‘home’ is an individual property or living space that a guest can book out, or a resident can rent. For example:

  • A vacation apartment constitutes one home
  • A residential rental house constitutes one home
  • A multi-tenant building or hotel, where each apartment or room is rented separately, constitutes multiple homes.
How does Call Assist work?

Call Assist is an add-on service where a Minut operator will call your guests if excessive noise is detected, politely reminding them of house rules. This personal touch helps resolve noise issues quickly, ensuring your property remains peaceful without interrupting your day.

To get the most from Call Assist, we recommend connecting Minut with your property management system (PMS) to automatically pull in guest contact numbers. Alternatively, you can manually enter your guests’ numbers. This ensures that when noise alerts are triggered, our operators can reach guests promptly.

Note: Call Assist is currently available in English & French only.

When will my Call Assist start?

Your plan will start when you activate your first home, and you will only be charged for the homes that you use.

If you have purchased Call Assist with your plan, or are eligible for the Welcome Bonus Offer, Call Assist will start when your plan starts.

How long does the free Call Assist add-on last for new customers?

For new Pro+ Plan customers, Call Assist is free for the first 12 months. Afterward, you can choose to continue the service for an additional fee.

What happens if noise issues aren’t resolved after Call Assist reaches out?

In most cases, a single call is effective in resolving noise disturbances. However, if issues persist, Minut’s device continues to monitor noise levels, allowing you to decide if further action is needed based on real-time data.

Can I add Call Assist to a Standard or Pro Plan?

Yes! Call Assist is available as an add-on for all plans. To add Call Assist to your Standard or Pro Plan, simply tick the “Add Call Assist” box at the checkout.

With our Cyber Monday Welcome Bonus, new customers who sign up for the Pro+ Plan get Call Assist free for the first year. This offer is only available on new Pro+ Plan subscriptions purchased during the promotion period.

Will I be able to change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel or downgrade, the change will come into effect at the end of your current subscription period. So, for example, if you’re on Pro Annual, and switch to Standard Annual, the downgrade will take effect when your year of Pro subscription ends. Read more here.
