As business picked up, StellarDweller wanted to spend less time on minor daily tasks and more on expanding its operations. Instead of manually messaging guests when something went wrong, which used up valuable time and resources, the team wanted to automate these interactions. StellarDweller discovered Minut’s extensive integration capabilities and easily set up an integration between the platform and the team’s current PMS, Guesty. With the integration, the team used Minut’s Guest Connect feature to automatically message guests in the case of a disturbance. By automating this process, StellarDweller reduced the time spent on guest back-and-forth and was able to instead focus on other more important or urgent tasks while ensuring things were under control.
